The interview process was highly respectful and professional. It consisted of 2 stages: an initial interview followed by a task. A panel was present for both stages, and the interviews were conducted over video call. They moved very quickly and didn’t keep me waiting.

Territory Manager
It started with a screening call from a recruitment agency. Then, there were two phone interviews and a final face-to-face meeting. The process was quite tough because the recruitment agent and the hiring manager didn't seem to be on the same page. Additionally, the company's own HR service contacted me twice to reschedule interviews.

Area Sales Manager
This interview process was awful. It lacked structure and felt more like an interrogation, focused on how much they could get out of me. There was no information provided about the induction process. They asked a lot of random questions. Overall, it was not a good experience.
