Cashier
The interview was easy and quick, lasted under 30 minutes. They asked very few questions and were really nice. They seemed willing to accommodate my needs. I got the job offer right away and ended up working there for two and a half years. They were flexible with my school schedule while still giving me a good amount of hours.

Crew Member
It was a pretty good process. The hiring manager was really nice and receptive to my attempts to get hired. I went through two interviews and was offered the job in less than a month. Can’t complain!
- Have you considered management responsibilities?
Assistant Manager
So the first thing is a phone call where they ask about your past work. Then there's a working interview, which is basically like free labor while you learn about the business. They want to see if the job is a good fit for you. You gotta be ready to work super hard, like a racehorse, but you can quit anytime. After that, they'll chat with you, answer your questions, and ask for your thoughts. If you're not ready for it, it can be really tough. I did read some stuff online beforehand, and it helped a bit, but I wasn't used to the fast pace, so it didn't fully prepare me. It's a good gig if you're down for intense work, but don't expect much work-life balance. You'll be working hard and be there pretty much all the time.
- Tell me about your experience in the food industry.
Hostess Cashier
The interview process was quick and easy. The manager made it feel like I would be a good fit. After completing the interview and getting the job, I was serious about the position because I knew I had a lot to pay for, like bills and student loans. I did not expect it to be very chaotic when they hired more people than they could handle and expected everyone to be happy.
