First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SmithAmundsen.
Associate Attorney
I did not have a great interview experience here. I felt like the position advertised was inconsistent with the duties explained. Further, I felt as though my current position was somewhat demeaned during the process, even though I was well-qualified for the position. I received an offer for a second interview, but I declined.
- Were your experiences with depositions and hearings supervised (i.e. whether you often conducted these solo)?
Software Test Engineer
I got referred by an employee for this role. The whole interview process happened in a single day. The first round was a vercent round, followed by two technical rounds where they asked some basic interview questions. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable, so I didn't feel nervous.

IT Support Analyst
I applied on LinkedIn and the hiring manager contacted me directly for the first interview. Then, I had a in-person meeting with them, another manager, and the CTO. They made an offer the week after. It was a super smooth and straightforward process; I wish all interviews were like this.
- Describe your troubleshooting methodology.
Law Clerk
The interview process was very calm and not too formal. The people who interviewed me were very sweet. They made me feel extremely comfortable during the interview and while working there. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend anyone to try and work here.
- What are your career aspirations?
