I had an in-person interview first, and then they flew me out to their corporate HQ. There, I had several one-on-one interviews with different people I might be working with. Traveling for it was a bit of a hassle, and honestly, I think they could have done it all in one group interview and saved everyone a lot of time.

The interview process for the Project Manager role was a bit different than I expected, and I really enjoyed SSR's approach. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. It all started with a call from a team lead, and then I was invited for an on-site interview. I had a chance to meet with the team lead, and then the rest of the team. I was super impressed with everyone and everything I saw. As I was heading back to the airport, I really hoped I would get the job because the team seemed fantastic.
