The hiring process has three steps: first a remote assessment (written and video), then an in-person interview of about 30 minutes, and finally a business case to prepare and present during the final interview. Got referred by a recruiter, so it started with HR. They asked typical questions. I was just out of school and they asked if I had marketing experience. I said no, and she immediately wrote it down. She hadn't written anything before that. I also interviewed with some future coworkers and the boss. The recruiter later told me the HR person had rejected me, but the boss decided to hire me anyway. I got the offer.
