Associate Product Manager
This interview process was easy and simple. However, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. I followed up a couple of times with HR to see if my interviewer had made a decision, which took two weeks to receive an answer from. In today's job market, a response should be a priority for candidates.
- Tell me about your background and experience.
Product Manager
The hiring process has three steps: first a remote assessment (written and video), then an in-person interview of about 30 minutes, and finally a business case to prepare and present during the final interview. It's quite demanding, but the interactions were always constructive, in a supportive and professional atmosphere.
- During your previous performance reviews, what areas for improvement were identified?
Product Manager
Got referred by a recruiter, so it started with HR. They asked typical questions. I was just out of school and they asked if I had marketing experience. I said no, and she immediately wrote it down. She hadn't written anything before that. I also interviewed with some future coworkers and the boss. The recruiter later told me the HR person had rejected me, but the boss decided to hire me anyway. I got the offer.
