Verification Intern
The interview process was really quick, with 2 rounds happening over 2 days. The first round was with the hiring manager, where we talked about my experience. The second round was a coding interview focusing on object-oriented programming.
- Can you tell me about your resume and experience?
- Describe your experience leading a team.
Industrial Placement Student
We had online assessments first, then some online recorded interviews, and then an assessment centre. S+N did a great job keeping us updated on what was coming next and what we needed to do. They gave us enough time to finish the first part of the application and a good amount of info to get ready for the assessment centre interview.
- What skills or qualities do you think you can contribute to S+N?
Internship
The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral and resume-based questions. It wasn't overly difficult, but they do look closely at how you present yourself, so make sure to dress well and speak with confidence!
- Could you share an example of a leadership role you've held or discuss your leadership qualities?
