Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite poor. It began with a one-way recorded interview, which seemed to be managed by AI. This was then followed by an interview with the manager that was, honestly, even worse than the initial recorded one.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online through their website. After about three weeks, I had a phone screen. The following week, they invited me for an on-site interview in Memphis. The interview itself was based on the STAR format and lasted about an hour with three engineering managers. They seemed like nice people to talk to, and the office and factory floor were nice and clean, though Memphis itself is a dump.
