The interview process had two rounds. First, I met with two HR reps who were really nice. Then, I met with partners and associates. They were very open about what they expect and about the office culture. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I had an initial interview with HR. Then I interviewed with the partners. I never heard back about not getting the job, so after a month I just figured they hired someone else.

I got a call after sending my resume on craigslist.org. Then, I had a panel interview with the office manager, two lawyers, and a paralegal. They all had my resume and asked me hypothetical questions, and really dug into my experience listed on my resume.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really long, like over 3 hours, and I met with 9 different people. It was pretty exhausting. I get that they want to be thorough, but they really should give people a heads-up about how long it's going to be. Also, while I like a casual workplace, it was a bit much when one of the lawyers showed up in yoga pants with her hair in a messy bun.
