I put in my application online and then somebody from the hiring office rang me up for a phone interview. After that, I met with the dmo and vp for an interview. A few days later, I got the offer letter and started after a background check.

It was a multi-stage process with straightforward questions. The environment felt positive and energetic. I first met with the regional director, and then with providers. I was later invited back for more in-depth questions. There was an office tour, and we discussed expectations. I also briefly met some of the team members.
