Sales Associate
I applied via email and got an interview invite a few days later. When I got there, the manager was 15 minutes late because she was on lunch. The other employees were unhelpful and rude, laughing amongst themselves and ignoring customers, which caused some customers to leave. The manager then called me by the wrong name, which was awkward. The interview itself involved her asking personal questions while we walked around the store, which felt very unprofessional and unusual for me. She said she'd let me know by the end of the week, but didn't. When I followed up a few days later, she saw my message but didn't reply. I would have appreciated a response, even an email, instead of being ignored. The overall vibe of the place seemed pretty negative, so maybe it's for the best.

Sales Associate
Applied late Sunday, got a response Monday morning. Had an HR interview Monday afternoon, and met with the store manager the next day. Received the contract the day after that and started work on Friday. They responded very quickly and the interviewer was really nice.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- Can you discuss your past experiences in retail?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a customer.
Sales Associate
It was an in person interview where they asked about my strengths and weaknesses. I was told to be ready for some tricky questions. It was a fast and easy interview process. I would recommend working there. It's a bit more serious than other retail jobs but the discounts and prestige make it worthwhile.
