They reach out really fast if they're really interested and think you're a good match. If they're not sure, it might take a while to hear back, or you might not hear at all, so if you don't get a response quickly, it's probably best to keep looking elsewhere.

First a phone call, then a video call with the direct manager, followed by an in-person meeting with HR, and finally a last meeting with the department director. This whole process took a few weeks and sometimes the wait between stages was a bit long.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a quick phone call first. Then I interviewed with the UK area manager. I didn't hear back for 3 weeks and figured I didn't get it, but then they called to say I was successful and had a final interview with the director. He offered me the job right away after a good chat, telling me my salary and going over the company benefits. He said they'd draft up my contract so I could resign from my current job. After meeting him, I had a quick chat with HR to confirm I was suitable, which was odd since I already had the offer. A few days later, the director emailed me (not a call) to say they weren't offering me the job anymore. I emailed back asking for feedback and got no reply. Super unprofessional and a waste of time.
