Went through 3 stages: first a video call that was a mix of technical and personal questions, then a personality quiz, and finally an in-person interview. The face-to-face part involved more technical and personal questions, and I also had to give a 10-minute presentation about a project I've worked on.

Eficiente, mas demorado. Fui contatado por telefone e depois participei de uma entrevista em grupo com outros 6 candidatos. Fui aprovado e encaminhado para uma clínica de recrutamento onde fiz diversos testes psicológicos (QI, conhecimentos técnicos, memória, agilidade) e uma redação. Não posso opinar sobre a eficiência dos testes pois os candidatos não recebem feedback.

The interview process included a 10-minute presentation on a topic of my choice, followed by one technical interview, two general interviews, a numerical test, and a verbal reasoning test. This entire sequence was repeated.
