Behavioral Technical

The interview process was clear and straightforward. I had two rounds - one with a department manager (45 minutes) and one with a team manager (30 minutes). We spoke about my background and interest in the company/role, I was asked a few technical and situational questions and was given the opportunity to ask them questions as well. Both people I spoke with were engaging and the interviews felt more conversational than like an interrogation.

It was pretty simple and straightforward, as long as you know the basics of writing and are pretty good at it, you should be fine. Just make sure to do well on your writing test and keep your answers concise.

Behavioral Technical

Had about an hour-long interview with the operations manager and a senior PPC analyst. One interviewer looked like they didn't want to be there, showing up in a robe and seeming uninterested, which wasn't a great impression of the company. The other interviewer was professional and attentive, focused on getting to know me. They asked more about my personality and behavioral aspects rather than deep technical stuff, as it seemed like an entry-level position. I was later turned down because they found someone with more experience, which makes business sense. After the first part, there was a Google Form with some technical questions to complete. Overall, it was an alright experience, though it did make me rethink applying after the interview itself.

The process was pretty straightforward. We started with an email screening by HR, then I spoke with the Department Head, and finally had a closing interview with HR. They were really clear about the next steps and the interviews were very professional.
