Coding Technical

So after this initial call with a recruiter, I got sent a coding challenge. It was basically to build a whack-a-mole game. Then, I had a pretty long interview, like 3 hours, with different teams. I gotta say, if you're thinking about working here, the current devs are nice but they're super young and don't really seem to know best practices. Their design choices are all over the place too. It felt like the product had zero architecture, and when I asked about it, they didn't have any answers.

Behavioral Other

You first apply online, then you have a phone call. After that, there's a second phone call with the manager. Then you go in for an in-person interview. They'll call you the next day with an offer. They usually offer a pretty low amount compared to others in the field, but they promise you bonus money.
