A recruiter from Panama reached out via email about a role. After a brief chat, I completed a remote test with relevant questions, which went okay. Next, I had a video interview with a senior engineer who asked some relevant questions. Following that, I met with HR and was told I'd get an offer. A week later, I hadn't received anything, and the recruiter advised me to wait. This was six months ago, and I haven't heard back since.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So I had three interviews when I first went in. First was HR where we talked about company mission and vision, and they gave me an office tour. Then I met a fellow who's in the same position I'd be in for a personal interview. Finally, I met my prospective supervisor for a technical interview. They also emailed me a business case to analyze and give recommendations on within 72 hours. My report was good enough, so they invited me back for another round. This time, I had to give a presentation on my report to a technical and administrative audience, and then another one via videoconference, with Q&A at the end. After all that, there was a more formal HR interview.
