Recruiter
It was a virtual interview, first with the hiring manager and then with the VP HR. They asked me about end-to-end recruiting and how I source individuals that will be a good fit for the company.
- What value would you bring to our team?
- Can you describe your end-to-end recruiting process?
- How do you identify and attract candidates who align with the company culture?
Technician II
The interview process was straightforward, with the time and day agreed upon. It was a video interview, which offered a connection similar to being there in person. The first interview was a general one, covering some of my background and technical skills. I was invited back for a second interview where we delved deeper into my skills, previous work history, and my ability to travel for the job.
- Can you describe your knowledge of TOSB to AAV conversions?
Project Coordinator
So I've never really written a review before, but I felt compelled to share this one. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then I had a phone interview with a Project Manager and a Director. About 10 minutes in, one of them left and never came back, which was weird. The other interviewer then said they didn't prepare any questions, so I ended up asking them about the company. Eventually, I had to ask if they had any more questions for me, and they didn't, so the interview just ended. It was a really strange experience, especially with the interviewer leaving so early. Very unprofessional.
- Could you tell us about your background?
Project Coordinator
I sent in my application online and then the internal recruiter reached out. I got through the initial phone screen and they set me up for an in-person interview. I met the hiring manager at their office and also met three other people who would be my coworkers. It was kind of funny because one of the women kept giggling, which made it a bit hard to focus.
- Can you share your experience in the Telecom industry?
- What's your background in construction?
