HR contacted me about a Warehouse Manager position, which is above my current level but I interviewed anyway. Then a Supervisor position opened up at an existing facility, but when I followed up the morning of, they said it was filled the day before. I was again contacted about the Manager position, which I'm not ready for. They emailed to say I wasn't selected for the Supervisor position, even though I have 2 years of experience. They told me to keep checking their website for opportunities.

The company is a small operation that wants to grow. They offered good benefits and salary, but be aware of the non-compete clause in the employment agreement, which could restrict your ability to pursue outside opportunities for up to three years.

The interview was pretty chill and mostly about seeing if I'd be a good fit. No tech stuff really, just talking. A few people from the team were on the first call. They asked about my past jobs. Then I had another chat with a manager who's higher up.

I had three interviews in total. The first one was on Zoom, the second was in person, and the third was at the office where I spoke with several people. I felt pretty good throughout the process, and most of the questions were pretty standard.
