This was one of the best interview processes I've been through. It took about 5 weeks from application submission to offer acceptance. There were 7 rounds in total: a 20-minute digital interview (no interviewer), a 1-hour technical interview, a take-home project that had a 1-week deadline, a 1-hour problem-solving interview, a 1-hour deep technical interview, a 1-hour project demo, and finally a 1-hour HR interview. I got the offer and accepted it.

Coding Technical

The first interview is a live coding session on CoderPad or HackerRank with the manager, where you'll tackle at least two problems. The second interview involves a project coding challenge. You'll get instructions and have between 5 to 30 hours to complete it, depending on the quality. The third interview is a presentation of your project along with live coding technical challenges.

Behavioral Other

I had this digital interview, it was pretty awkward and felt very internal since I couldn't talk to anyone or ask questions. I just had to record myself answering about 5 or 6 questions. After that, they totally ghosted me and I never heard back. Makes me wonder if they even watched the recordings or if it was just some AI thing. Guess I'll never know.
