First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Smart Solutions.
IT Manager
Had an HR phone call which was pretty straightforward, then a 1-hour Teams interview with two people, an HR person and a director. The Teams interview was more focused on situational questions.

Software Engineer
The first step is a technical interview where you'll need to solve two coding problems. One involves using a hash table, and the other is about finding existing issues. After that, you'll have to write a letter to customers to explain and address these problems.
- Complete the coding task involving hash tables.
Network Technician
It started with a hiring agency reaching out to someone they knew on the help desk, who then passed my resume to a hiring manager. I got a phone interview with very little warning – they said they'd call, but no time was set. Then, there was another phone interview, more in-depth this time, covering technical aspects with the company's VP. After those calls, I had an in-person interview at their main office. About a week later, they let me know they were offering me the job. We talked about the salary, which they called 'entry-level' and didn't seem very flexible on, but they did include benefits if I wanted them. They were cool about when I could start though.

Department Head
It was a fast process, suitable for the position. The selected candidate's resolution was a bit late. It's complicated because they are a third party for companies, not directly hiring for their corporate, but rather for a company they provide payroll administration services to.
