I initially thought the interview process would be tough, but it turned out to be quite straightforward. They inquired about my previous work experience and how I would handle specific scenarios. I wasn't expecting to need my social security card, so I didn't bring it and had to go back home to get it. My background check was completed the same day as the interview. I also went to a clinic the same day to take a drug test, and I think they give you a few days for that. About a week later, I received a call inviting me to orientation. I just finished the first part today, and there's another orientation scheduled for Friday where I'll be introduced to the store and the other candidates. I'm really looking forward to it!

I applied online and got a call back a few days later to come in for an interview. The interview was very short, only about 5 minutes. The hiring manager mentioned I was the only applicant for the role and that my hours fit their needs perfectly. I was told I'd have a second interview to complete background check and drug test paperwork. They mentioned they would call me back by Monday with a time to come in and to bring necessary documents, but I haven't heard back yet. I tried calling twice, but they ignored my calls after a few rings. It was frustrating because they gave me a lot of hope, but it seems it didn't work out. Better luck next time.

After applying on LinkedIn, the company reached out pretty fast. My first chat was with the director, who asked a lot of questions and also shared a lot about the company, its culture, and what they were looking for. I really liked how friendly and professional they were, which made me super interested. They seemed really keen on me and set up a second interview right away. The second interview felt more casual and was mainly about seeing if I'd be a good fit for the company culture. I got the offer within two days. It was honestly one of the smoothest and most professional job application experiences I've ever had.

I submitted an application on a Monday. Then on Wednesday, I phoned the store to speak with the hiring manager. I inquired about my resume and application, and he asked me to come in that Friday for an interview. It went well, and he informed me he'd call later that day, which he did. He then told me to come in on Monday to discuss my hourly wage. Following that, I had a drug test and background screening.
