The interview had 4 rounds, all of them were elimination. First round was an MCQ test with 12 questions about testing, lasting about 30 minutes. The second round was a 15-minute interview about your resume and work experience, like asking for positive and negative test cases for an access card. The third round was another technical interview with scenario-based questions, and it required knowledge of API and database testing. The last round was with HR.

The interview process was good overall. It started with an initial screening by HR. Then there was a written test at the office which was followed by a personal interview. After that, there was one more personal interview round. This was followed by a Director round via WebEx. Finally, there was a discussion with HR.

I got an invite for a telephonic round from HR and took it the next day. I cleared it, but after reading company reviews on Glassdoor, I was confused about whether to proceed with the F2F rounds. I decided to go for it anyway and traveled 43 km. When I arrived for the F2F, the HR person didn't meet me. My interview started with the same person from the first round, who asked similar questions and a few new ones. The interviewer said he'd continue the rest of the interview later due to meetings. I mentioned I'd taken the day off and asked to complete all F2F rounds today, but he suggested I speak with HR. I answered all questions well. I waited in reception, and the receptionist told me to leave for the day and that HR would contact me. I haven't heard back yet. I emailed HR for feedback, even asking for a negative response if necessary, but still no reply. I didn't appreciate the HR's behavior towards candidates and wouldn't recommend this company due to their unprofessional HR.
