A recruiter, Deepak, contacted me via Monster. Then, Nicolas from another office did a quick 15-minute phone interview and set up an in-person. The recruiters were nice, giving a good impression. However, the in-person interview in Irvine was disappointing. The interviewer, Angelina, was aggressive and dismissive. She interrupted me, spoke quickly, and glared. She's the most disrespectful person I've met. The marketing department is new (started in February) and only has two people in Irvine. Angelina is changing the job description, so expect changes, especially towards event planning.

The recruiters were super helpful and gave me good info about the job and what to expect. But, when I went for the interview in Irvine, it was a totally different vibe. The employees interviewing me were really rude. Two of them were on their phones while I was talking to them. They had this arrogant way of asking about my education and previous jobs. I hope the recruiters see this because I was totally qualified, but there's definitely an issue with the sales and marketing team there.
