We did a functional and technical phone interview first. Then, one document preparation was needed. If that went well, there was a management interview. The interviewer was good and made me feel comfortable. They asked questions ranging from basic to moderate difficulty. Some candidates went through 2-3 rounds, and those who did well were selected. The interview process didn't have anything special, but it did take a long time. First, there was a written aptitude test. After passing that, I had a face-to-face round where the questions weren't clear and I don't even know on what basis they didn't select me.
