The interview process started as usual, with a call from HR/Recruiter, then a Managerial Round, a Tech Round, a Director Round, and finally document/compensation declaration. The process was very fast-paced; they pick the date and time slot, and you have to be available with no negotiation. After I provided the required documents, the HR team suddenly disappeared, stopped responding to calls, and never gave feedback. They finalized a different candidate after keeping me hooked. It was a pathetic experience.

I applied for the Tech Support II role online. So far, I've had interviews with Diana (HR), Samuel (Hiring Manager), and Arun & Harsh (Technical team). First, Diana from Talent Acquisition called and gave me the lowdown on the company, the role, and got some personal and professional info. She was super energetic and it was a really pleasant, detailed call that left me feeling good. Then, I had a video call with Sam. He's a really down-to-earth guy. We chatted, and he introduced himself, talked about his work, Smarsh, the different departments, products, and the Sun model shift. He also let me ask questions. It was a great experience. The next round was a video call with Arun and Harsh for the technical part. They're both really humble and know their stuff. After brief intros about our backgrounds, we dove into technical topics like basic networking, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory (LDAP), SQL, Linux commands, API, and Webhooks. It was a very positive experience. Still waiting to hear about the next steps, but really hoping it's as good as the previous ones. I'm excited about the possibility of joining such a great team and company.

The recruitment team reached out, and the process kicked off with an initial screening, followed by technical rounds and a director's review. There was also a competitive assessment test that needed to be passed. All in all, it was a smooth experience; I was kept in the loop about my application's progress and contacted when necessary.
