I got referred by a friend. HR contacted me to schedule a 60-minute HackerRank test with 5 questions: 3 coding and 2 multiple-choice. The questions were straightforward. I finished 2 coding questions and 2 MCQs, and was close to finishing the third coding question. After that, they invited me for a face-to-face interview and asked if I could take a day off to complete the whole process in one day. I took the day off. The process involved 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. The technical interviews were in a different building. Two interviewers met me after 15-20 minutes and interviewed me for over 90 minutes. They asked about Data Structures, Algorithms, Multithreading, Collections, and Design Patterns. I answered all technical questions, including 2 coding problems. I waited for 2 hours for the next round, but no one came, and there was no one to ask for an update. I called HR twice with no response. The person who conducted the first round found out that the next panel wasn't available. I mentioned I couldn't take another day off. After half an hour, a security guard informed me I could leave and that HR would provide feedback. I insisted on speaking to HR, waited for 30 minutes, and was told a decision couldn't be made as the Director was traveling. They promised feedback later, but I haven't received any even after a week and a follow-up email. They should have at least informed me if I wasn't selected. I didn't even have lunch waiting for the next round. My suggestion: if you're talented, maybe avoid this company.

Got a call from company HR asking about my details. Had a first round with the Hiring Manager, followed by two more technical rounds. HR didn't contact me after that, so I called them a week later to ask about my status. I was informed I had cleared the rounds and that they would schedule the next interview once the hiring manager finished their release activities. I never heard back after that. It felt like a complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this company if you think highly of yourself.

So, first I had this exam, it was on paper and I had like an hour and a half to do it. Then, we talked about my answers and some other stuff. After that, we went over my past work experience.
