I got hired through a temp agency for this job. The owner noticed my good work and how the staff liked my efficient style and how I understood the kids. Then, I was called into the office to talk about my pay and benefits, and I accepted the job offer.

I showed them my resume and my state cards and told them what time I can come in. They asked if I like working with children, if I can cook and clean, if I can think of programs to do with the children, and if I don't mind changing them or taking them to the bathroom.

It was a very casual interview, but I think that it was because they really needed people. I was a senior in high school at the time of the interview with only experience in babysitting.
