So, this company is fully in-person, like, you have to go to the NYC office every single day, Monday through Friday. They don't actually put this info on their job postings, which is kind of a bummer because, honestly, all companies, including this one, should be upfront about that kind of thing.

It was a really pleasant interview experience. The people I met were nice and made me feel comfortable. The interview mainly focused on my skills and past experiences. I was asked to explain my future career plans. The location was also nice.

I applied online and then got an interview invite. They initially scheduled a group interview, but since my relief was out sick, the recruiter kindly let me move it to the next day as a 1-on-1 with the AVP. He asked around 20 questions, mixing behavioral and experience-based ones. Afterwards, he took me to the collections floor to listen to calls. We then went back to his office to discuss the starting pay. If they liked me, they'd make an offer on the spot and even do fingerprints before I left. Pretty awesome interview process.

They set up interviews within a week, and it was about 40 minutes long. The interviewer was friendly but mostly asked about my previous work history and what salary I was looking for. They seemed really focused on whether I could accept a lower salary than I was expecting.
