Teacher
I was interviewed two times before they gave me an offer. It wasn't too hard but it was kinda weird because the camera was off.
- Tell me about your teaching experience.
English Teacher
The interview was very informal and casual, aiming to understand your personality and see if your classroom philosophies align with the school's. They're looking for someone easygoing who values listening to and caring for children. While structure is important, they also value flexibility in achieving goals.
- How would you handle a difficult student?
English Teacher
I spent three days trying to schedule a Skype interview. My recruiter initially had the wrong Skype name, which messed up the first interview. When we rescheduled, I didn't get a call, but they insisted I didn't answer, even though I was on Skype for an hour before and half an hour after just in case. Not sure if this is a good sign yet.
