First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Slocumb Law Firm.
Associate
The initial chat was pretty basic. They wanted to know if I was already working, if I owned a bar, and if I'd be up for moving. Some resume stuff came up too.
- Regarding your availability, when could you possibly start?
- What's the earliest date you could begin working?
Personal Injury Attorney
After a previous unreturned application, I got a surprise call to set up an interview. The interview itself was on Zoom and felt really comfortable, enjoyable, and smooth. I felt the recruiters asked good questions.
- Could you tell me about your greatest accomplishment?
Attorney
I applied online and then got an email to interview. The whole process was electronic. It started with a phone call, then a Zoom meeting. I spoke with an executive officer, then the managing attorney, and finally Mike. We talked about my previous work experience. It was pretty conversational.
- About how many cases are you currently managing?
- How do you handle prioritization with your cases?
- Do you consider yourself a team player?
Legal Assistant
It was a video interview and the questions were quite straightforward about my resume and experience. The interviewer was very monotone and disinterested because I lacked litigation experience, but the role was listed as entry-level.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
