If you get called in for an interview, block in a substantial amount of time because you will talk to more than one person for about 30 minutes each. (My first round interview I talked to 3 different people.) You can tell they take it seriously, but the interview itself is casual and they make you feel comfortable. They are slow at getting back to you, so don't be afraid to reach out if it's been a couple of weeks.

It was a really laid-back interview. I met three people from the account team and then they showed me around the office. They seemed a bit confused about the interview timing, telling me 10:30 one time and 10:00 the next. They said I'd hear back in two weeks after the interview, but it's been eight weeks and I haven't heard anything even after calling and emailing.

I went through six interviews, with three happening on the first day and the other three taking place a couple weeks later. I talked to six different people, and the last person I spoke with was the HR director. Everyone was really nice, and it felt more like a chat than a strict interview.

I sent in my resume through their online portal and got an email back a few days later about an interview. They were super flexible with my out-of-state situation and offered phone or Skype interviews. Everyone was really nice to talk to.
