I had to wait a bit before they let us in. The interview was really quick. They asked about my availability and if I had previous experience. It only took about 30 seconds, and then they said they'd call me.
- What is your availability?
Shift Leader
Slim Chickens' interview process is pretty chill but still professional. You'll probably get asked some basic questions about when you can work, how you deal with customers, and how you work with others. Being confident, looking put-together, and knowing a bit about working in food places really helps. If you're friendly and dependable, you'll definitely stand out.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in working at Slim Chickens?
- What experience do you have in food service or customer service roles?
- Describe how you manage in high-pressure or fast-paced work settings.

They invited me for an interview, and it went well. They mentioned they would let me know their decision the following week. However, after a week, I hadn't heard back. When I tried messaging and calling them, there was no response. The management is terrible.
- What is your understanding of food safety?
Systems Specialist
The interview process involved an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting. The in-person part lasted about an hour and a half, and I met with three different interviewers. They also gave me a partial tour of the support center. Everyone was really nice and welcoming.
- What would you do in certain situations?
- What are your motivations for joining Slims?
