It was a laid-back interview with two HR reps. They asked me a bit about my past jobs, specifically what I liked and disliked about previous employers, and also asked about a negative piece of feedback I'd received regarding my work ethic. They ended the interview by asking if I had any questions and said they'd be in touch. It wasn't the most polished interview I've been through, but they seem to be looking for someone who is authentic and can have a good time. My advice is to just be yourself and enjoy the experience.

I was surprised to see negative reviews about the interview process; I found it pretty straightforward and intuitive. The environment is very laid-back and casual, which is great for someone who is naturally conversational. There were some standard questions about past jobs, likes, and dislikes, but most questions were designed to let your personality shine. It was refreshing to see SlideBelts prioritize personality and cultural fit early on. Courtney, the HR manager, was very open and answered my questions, even the tough ones. It felt more like a conversation between peers than a typical grilling, which says a lot about the company culture at SlideBelts. I'm not sure if I got the job yet, but I believe interview results shouldn't impact the process itself. For my personality, it was fun and engaging, and I think more interviews should be like this. Good stuff!

I applied online for the position and about a week later, I was invited for an in-person interview. It wasn't a tough process at all. After the interview, it took another week to get a response from HR. The vibe was really relaxed, and the interview felt more like a casual chat. The HR Manager asked about my past work experiences and some personality-related questions.

Applied online and the whole thing took 7 days. I had an in-person interview. Two people were there and started asking me personal questions and I realized it wasn't a technical interview. The interview was supposed to be half an hour but it only lasted 5-10 minutes. They took 8 days to get back to me with the results.
