First up was an initial phone chat with the HR Generalist. Then, I had a second meeting with the District Manager which went pretty good. The third interview was with the VP of Sales, and wow, he really tries to throw you off. He didn't seem to care about education at all and seemed confused about balancing school with part-time work.

I was contacted by a recruiting firm for an initial interview. Then I had a telephone interview with HR. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the District Manager. The final interview was with the Vice President. I had a drug screen and background check after the interview but before the job offer.

The interview process was lengthier compared to other companies I have interviewed with. However, it was very quick, efficient, and I spoke to multiple team members, which gave me more insight to the culture. Most of the questions were geared towards experience and learning about your soft skills.

The first step was a phone screening, and then an on-site interview. The phone screen was more in-depth than the on-site interview, which was basically to see if the store manager approved of you.
