The interview process started with some back and forth emails, followed by an initial phone call. The first interview was with someone from corporate, and it was pretty basic and easy. They mainly wanted to know about my past experiences and the jobs I've had. It seemed like they were mostly interested in my sales skills since it's a commission/sales job, even though they initially called it a management position. The second interview was just a casual chat with the local area manager. It felt like they didn't really care much about the role, as the hiring seemed to be handled by corporate without much input from the area manager.

I was first contacted by a recruiter. After my initial call with her, I had to interview with 2 different district managers, one in person and one by phone. Then, I had phone interviews with two women from the corporate office and an interview with the regional vice president. They all asked the same questions but in a different way, and I was unsure if they wanted me to answer the same or differently than I did before. With the amount of interviews, you would think you are applying for a more important position making much more money.

It was a three step interview process. The first interview was over the phone with HR, then I had an interview face to face with the district manager. After that I had an interview with the regional VP. The interview was pretty easy, there weren't any questions that I struggled to answer or that didn't apply to the position.
