The interview process was fast, easy, and fun. It was semi-technical, and the interviewer was encouraging. This was followed by a group discussion (FGD) in Bandung, which was also fun, with friends. It was a really fun and fast process.

After submitting your application and it getting screened, you'll have an initial chat with HR or a recruiter. Then there are some online tests, followed by an interview with the hiring manager or a technical interview. The final stage is a panel or an assessment center/field interview. If all goes well, you'll get an offer and have to go through pre-employment checks.
