They started by talking about my resume and asking how I found out about the job, what my motivation was, and to tell them about myself. Then they got straight into asking about my previous job, my previous internship, my college degree, and any real-world projects I've worked on.

The SLB interview was a really great experience. It was relaxed and welcoming, feeling more like a chat than a test. The interviewers made me feel comfortable from the start, leading to an open and natural conversation. They were down-to-earth and interested in my skills, personality, goals, and how I'd fit with SLB's values. The questions were good, balancing professional and friendly tones, which helped me be myself. It felt like they were trying to understand me, not just test me. This left a strong impression that SLB values people for who they are and their contribution to the company's vision.

It was a very easy process. First, I had an interview with Human Resources, which wasn't difficult and included standard questions about my skills, experience in previous jobs. They were VERY interested if I had any experience at an International Company, so I made sure to highlight that on my resume and during the interviews. After meeting with HR, I met with two managers, which also wasn't difficult. I just needed to be well-prepared and make sure to mention the improvements I would be making for the company.
