Human Resources Coordinator
After my resume was submitted, I got a call from the HR office. I missed it, so they left a message to call back. I assumed it was to set up an interview, but when I called back, they jumped into a phone interview. About 10 minutes of questions later, they scheduled me for an in-person interview the next week. The in-person interview was 45 minutes.

I got this job during the Boy Scout of America litigation boom at the firm. I had just graduated college and finished my internship with the DA's office. The firm was super welcoming. After my first call, I met with the paralegal manager, and two of the senior associates who worked in the department were there too.

it was a short virtual interview. they were on time and acted professionally. I liked that they were direct about the job duties, expectations, and project deadlines.

The interview process was very easy. I spoke with the office manager and two lawyers. They were upfront about the job and the department, and they asked me good questions about my experience and what I was looking for. The interview took about 15 minutes.
