Program Manager
I had a really great experience interviewing for this role after being referred internally. A recruiter contacted me within a few days for an initial chat. We discussed my background and what I do, and as we talked, we both realized that this particular role wasn't the best fit. That's perfectly okay, as it's all about finding the right match. I was really impressed by how genuinely interested and compassionate the recruiter was. She clearly enjoys her job and is excellent at it, making me feel comfortable and heard. It was a refreshing experience and only increased my respect for the company. I'd definitely apply again.

Program Manager
I applied online and was introduced to the hiring manager via email by another employee. The hiring manager didn't respond for a couple weeks and said she "doesn't check her email". During the call I could tell she hadn't reviewed my resume and wasn't interested in hiring me. She also said she had never used Twitter (my previous employer) and didn't know what it was. After the interview she emailed and said she was looking for someone with "some mobile experience" lol
- How would you improve Slack?
Senior Program Manager
This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. I felt really welcomed, and the interviewer asked some really thoughtful questions. They gave me plenty of time to talk about my past experiences, and they came prepared with great questions that really let me show off my skills. It was a great time overall.
