so so. I had a phone call with someone from the team and we talked quite a bit. I sent a thank you letter, no response. sent some follow up emails and they responded saying they were slow but during the call, they said I would get a response in two week. Two weeks passed, nothing, then a month passed still nothing. They did not give me any final decision. Not great process

I was ghosted by the hiring manager after an initial 1-on-1 call. They seemed really excited and talked about moving through the interview process, saying they'd organize an interview afterward. Now, months have passed, and I'm still waiting with no response, which has been stressful and confusing.
