The interview was pretty long, about 1.5 to 2 hours, and quite demanding. A significant portion involved writing C++ code on a whiteboard and answering in-depth questions about C++ and Linux. Later, the electrical engineering manager showed me around the manufacturing area and some of the VMS signs. There's a grumpy guy who really tests you, but he's actually one of their best engineers and a good person to have on your side once you pass his tests.
