I had three interviews for this role. First was a phone call, then a video call, and finally an in-person meeting. The first interview was with HR, the second with the vice president, and the last one was with both the VP and the president. They asked me why I was interested in the position, about my past experience, and about projects I've been involved in.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview. Honestly, the experience wasn't great. As someone in HR myself, used to interviewing, this felt really unprofessional and awkward. There were four interviewers, and one was apparently just there for laughs. It was question after question, a lot of scenarios, with barely any breaks. Felt more like an interrogation, which made me uncomfortable and unable to perform my best. I left feeling uneasy.
