First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SkyLark Labs.
Software Developer Intern
First, there was an OA with multiple choice questions covering OS, Python OOPS, decorators, and code output, but no Leetcode style coding questions. Then, Round 1 was technical, where we discussed my projects and resume. The interviewer was particularly interested in my WebRTC project. Round 2 was with HR and involved typical behavioral questions, which weren't too difficult.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your technical skills and the projects you've worked on?
Machine Learning Intern
got in through campus internship program, first there was a test, pretty hard difficulty scale 8/10, it had multiple correct options and single correct options too. After that i got a call for an interview where they asked me about my CV and some deep learning topics like deep CNNs and pooling layers, along with standard machine learning questions.
- Can you explain pooling layers?
- What are deep CNNs?
- Do you have knowledge of standard machine learning concepts?
Machine Learning Intern
The interview for the computer vision intern role was mainly about projects and resume details. Some basic machine learning questions were also asked at the end. Out of 15 shortlisted students, 2 were selected. There was a final 10-minute HR round.

- Can you answer some basic machine learning questions?
