Customer Service Representative
No formal interview was conducted. I just answered some questions on the application. After that, I was given an offer, which I accepted. It's important to note that this was a seasonal position, not a permanent one. If you're seeking employment with the company, be sure to answer your application questions honestly and highlight your past experiences to give yourself an advantage.

Customer Service Representative
The entire process took about 3 weeks. It started with a call through Pinnacle, followed by an assessment test they emailed. After I sent back the assessment, I had an interview with Sybrigge. I met with someone from HR and the manager for the account I'd be working on. By the time I visited Skybridge Americas the first time, I already had the job. HR walked me through the steps, showed me around the office, and told me to come in on Monday.
- Do you have prior experience in customer service?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and they got back to me pretty fast via email. Since I had customer service experience, they were nice and asked me for an interview, and were super flexible about when to do it. I interviewed with a supervisor for a remote CSR job. It was about thirty minutes, and she was a cool person to talk to.
