It began with resume screening, then an initial contact. After that, there was a phone or video screening, followed by in-person interviews. They also did technical assessments or tasks, and then final interviews. Finally, they did reference checks, gave a job offer, and did some post-offer follow-up. It's all about seeing if your skills are a good fit.

The first interview was super fast and basic, and they told me to come back in an hour for a second interview. When I got there, the person doing my second interview was 30 minutes late, so someone else ended up interviewing me. This person clearly wasn't ready and went on for over an hour talking about the business, which honestly could have been said in 15 minutes. When I asked if I had any questions, I brought up some stuff I saw on the company website. The interviewer had no clue what I was talking about and admitted he'd never even been on the website himself...

So I saw this job posted and sent my resume in. Then they gave me a call for a quick chat. After that, they invited me back for a full-day interview, which was pretty neat. By the end of the day, they offered me the job! I thought the whole thing was pretty fast, which was good. I really enjoyed the second day because I got to see what the office was like, meet some people I'd be working with, and learn about the Leadership Development program and the perks like pay and benefits.
