It was easy and personable. A lot of personality questions and questions about your beliefs were asked to assess fit with a group for the summer. They were a pleasure to get to know.

I sent in my application online and then I had an in person interview at my college campus. It was pretty relaxed and we talked about my faith and my work ethic. I really liked that they came to my college campus and that my interviewer seemed interested in who I was as a person. They ask about your "story" and genuinely seem interested when you answer.
