The interview process was pretty straightforward. The hiring manager contacted me a few days after I applied. First, there was a Zoom call with a recruiter, followed by an in-person meeting with the clinic's general manager. A decision will be made after that.

I applied and got an interview pretty quickly with a recruiter. Then, a few days later, I interviewed with the clinic manager and then went in person to meet the assistant managers. A few days after that, they called me to offer me a full-time position instead of part-time. It took a couple of weeks to sort out the paperwork and background check with HR and find out my start date.

The interview process felt very casual. The hiring manager mostly wanted to chat about people we both knew. They didn't seem interested in what I had to say and tried to get me to share personal details. It felt like a gossip session with no connection to the job. It took a very long time to hear back, many months, but they kept telling me to wait because an offer was coming soon. It ended up taking about 6 weeks to get the offer after they said it would be there 5 weeks prior.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through a really thorough and multi-step interview process for the Coordinator role. First, I had a formal interview with the main director, then an interview with the Regionals, and finally a working interview that lasted about 1-2 hours. After all this, they didn't get back to me for over a month following my last working interview. I followed up after two weeks and they said they were still deciding. A whole month passed, and I had to reach out again. Still the same response. It's just common decency to give a candidate a call or at least an email after an intensive interview process, not leave them hanging. Candidates put in time, effort, and preparation, and they deserve a timely response. I ended up messaging one of the regional managers to check the status, and only then did I get a very generic email from the coordinator rejecting me for the role. I give a more decent response to applicants for a part-time role. Also, a "working interview" is just plain weird.
