Behavioral Case

The whole thing took about 2 months to unfold. Then, in the end, there was just silence – no calls, no emails, nothing, not even after I tried getting in touch with the person who interviewed me originally. It felt really unprofessional and just a huge waste of my time, energy, and focus for 2 months, only to end up being ghosted. It gave me the impression the company was super disorganized.

Behavioral Technical

It was a long and thorough, but very professional process. There were 7 interviews in total. They kept me updated all the way through, and the manager was very professional and timely with next steps. Each person I met had something new and different to offer and share, and I enjoyed learning from each of them and hearing about their experiences with the company.

Behavioral Other

I went through a lot of interviews with SkinCeuticals employees and also did a writing test. It seemed like it was going really well and they were really positive about me. I was super excited. Towards the end, they said the CEO wasn't sure, and asked if I'd do a month of paid work for them to check if I was a good fit. I was totally fine with that. Then I never heard back from them or their recruiter, even after I followed up multiple times. So unprofessional.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked really typical questions; I got the feeling they were more concerned with whether I'd mesh with their culture, which is also a big deal to me.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really long interview process, honestly. It took over a month, and I had to keep asking what the next steps were because they weren't very decisive. I wish it hadn't taken so long.
