Software Engineer
A recruiter initially contacted me about this role. The interview process involved three stages for me: first, a recruiter screen, then a call with the Engineering Manager, and finally a Codility assessment covering React/GraphQL and PHP. I encountered some problems with the Codility assessment; it specified PHP 8 but was actually PHP 7.x, which caused my PHP 8 syntax to fail. This took a significant amount of time to resolve, leaving insufficient time for the React/GraphQL exercise. My suggestion for Codility is to have a human review submissions when platform issues arise and also send those submissions to the company, so candidates aren't unfairly penalized by test case or platform errors.
- Could you build React components that retrieve data via GraphQL queries?
Senior Software Engineer
I had many interviews with the HR people and I had a technical code challenge (passed with 91%). After that, they offered the annual salary and then I had meetings with the team, and after that, the HR person told me that they won't move forward without any feedback. So it looked very unprofessional.

- There was a coding challenge.

The interview process was straightforward. The people were nice and they gave us a lot of resources to study. They gave me courses and they were absolutely helpful and were amazing to refresh my CS skills.
