Had 3 interviews for this role. It was a pretty standard process. First, I spoke with HR, then with a colleague, and finally with management. The main bummer is that I never heard back after the final round.

I had a great interview process. The first one was a phone screening, followed by another phone call. I started as a contractor, so there was no coding assessment. It took about 2 weeks, and I got an offer.

Behavioral Other

The interviewers seemed clueless throughout the entire process. They couldn't provide answers about job deliverables or salary even after three interviews. The third interviewer was really rude and borderline degrading. There was no follow-up about a decision. It was an AWFUL practice three interviews in.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was long and the hiring manager was rude. They wanted me to be a puppet, dropping everything for them. I wouldn't recommend working for a company that doesn't respect you. I asked about Skift's long-term vision multiple times, but everyone was clueless. They also don't respect working mothers. Run away from this company.
