Submitted application via online portal, got auto receipt. Resume was forwarded by an internal contact. Had a promising initial phone interview in August. Was invited for an in-person interview with the "search committee" on September 14th. Asked about the timeline, the manager indicated October for a start date, but warned it would be lucky to start in November. I followed up via calls and emails multiple times. Finally received a rejection email from HR on December 1st. If this is how they treat potential hires, I dread to think how they treat current employees.

Technical Presentation

I talked with Bob Carlton, who was great. He called me and we discussed my background. Then, I was given a design task for one of their products. Since it was over the summer and I wasn't on campus, I used my own Adobe software to complete the assignment. Once school started, I met with him again. I started working shortly after, though he didn't end up being my direct supervisor.

The process included multiple rounds, some with groups and others with individuals. It was a lengthy process, and it seemed they specifically looked for candidates with prior experience in a college setting. The interviews were conducted in person on the college campus.
